职位类别: 销售 工作地点: 上海 发布日期: 2008-05-05 工作经验: 5-10年 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 否 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 若干 职位描述/要求: Responsibilities: 1.Lead the sales team in Middle China to hit the annual sales target. 2.Recruit the new channels and achieve desired account penetration and success in Middle China. 3.Identify solution and project-based business opportunities esp. in the new business segment within the vertical and public sector market place. 4.Help sales keep on high touch with the major accounts from technology and public relationship view. 5.Keep abreast with the trend of the industry, contribute to product induction by assisting defining direction and scope of intended technology and qualifying customers, programs, and applications comprising viable business development opportunities. 6.Ability to understand competitors" strengths and weaknesses and ability to effectively articulate Mitel products competitive advantage. 7. Timely report and sales update . 8.Report to the sales director. The ideal candidate should be equipped with : 1.Minimum five to seven years experience in Telecommunication/IT industries with at least three years as technical sales or solution sales. 2. Channel management experience is a must . 3. Both channel sales and direct sales or direct touch experience is a must . 4. Major achievements in selective sectors (carrie r s, hospitality) and certain key provinces ( Shanhai and Jiangsu ) are a must . 5. Multi vendor experience/knowledge is an advantage . 6.Excellent organization, communication, project management, negotiation and problem solving skills. 7.High level contacts and existing relationships within the market place is a solid plus. 8.Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. 9.Excellent cold-calling and account penetration skills. 10.Bachelor degree in Engineering (Telecom, Electronics, Computer Science) or equivalent. 11.Good English reading and writing skills, excellent presentation skills in Mandarin. 12.Enthusiastic and result oriented. 13.
