职位类别： 工程机械 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-05 工作经验： 1-3年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Target of Post: Design of 3D-CAD Chassis components according to internal and external requirements (Volume and Surface Models) Preparation of welding, single parts and assembly drawings according to internal and external requirements Preparation and evaluation of different design variants Responsible for package investigation and clearance check Assist to implement quality targets Assist to prepare DFMEAs Assist to accomplish design review meetings Support the project team to define design optimizations Support the process of enhancement of internal guidelines Support temporally CAD work at the customer side, if it is required. Compliance with regulations, laws, formalities, internal rules and procedures Usage of latest Norms and Standards Major Activities Design of components according to internal and external requirements. Work out recommendations for design optimizations. Package investigations and clearance check by considering all surrounding parts. Acquisition of design related information from costumers, suppliers and internal departments. Incorporate all design relevant information and data into the CAD Model (e.g. customer specifications, feasibility studies, hard points, CAE results, painting requirements, etc.). Support and/or provide CAD related documents for technical releases and internal and external Milestones. Assure and check quality of CAD Models (e.g. Model Check, data structure etc.). Provide project engineer relevant data for BOM Prepare package investigation reports Prepare drawing concern sheets if necessary Track all drawings and CAD model changes Prepare and follow up weld drawings Prepare and follow up single part drawings Prepare and follow up assembly drawings Initial preparation of Datum System Concepts for drawings Initial preparation of tolerance concepts for drawings Support of initial preparation of welding concepts Incorporate feedback from other Departments into the drawings (Quality, Process, etc.) Documentation of design levels in the PLM System according to the project timing. Responsible for the data structure and attached drawings in the PLM-System. Requirements: -Engineering degree -Minimum of one year of experience in automotive industry (Chassis related is preferable). -Minimum of one year of experience with at least one 3D CAD System (CATIA is preferable) -Good English ability at oral and writing 联系方式： 邮件地址: chris.luk@talent-union.com .
