职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-05 工作经验： 10年以上 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： 世界著名美资化学原料制造集团亚太中心诚意聘请8年以上工作经验，熟悉CRM系统，英文口语流利的高级分析师： IT Application Business Analyst Position Objective: To provide business focused analytical, project management support , and application support to Internal Company users in identifying, evaluating, developing and implementing systems to meet user/business requirements, and being our domain expert in China for CRM and e-comm solutions. Essential Functions: Identify the systems needs of assigned user groups (Sales and Marketing), and able to propose how to promote and generate business for Company thru on-line channel Work with the IT Manager, or work as the IT Project Manager by leading a team of internal / external resources to propose and evaluate the software solutions and systems platforms to meet those needs. Provide project planning and implementation support to the IT or project manager, and business users to ensure project completion on time and within budget. Support the user groups in identifying gaps between system and user processes, and mitigate. Coordinate with global, regional and local IT teams to ensure the effective development, modification, testing and implementation of systems to meet user needs. Develop documentation, training and other materials, and perform coding and testing as needed by projects Provide application support to the user groups after system goes-live Actively participate with customer groups in the planning for longer-term systems enhancements. May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned. Nature and Scope: This position interacts with all levels of internal customers and external vendors. That interaction requires excellent oral communication and customer service skills in identifying business needs and facilitating the implementation of technical solutions. Effectiveness in this role also requires thorough working knowledge of the customer’s operations, company systems and the ability to identify opportunities for new or improved systemization. The incumbent works on problems of diverse scope and moderate to high complexity where analysis of data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within generally defined procedures. The incumbent normally receives minimal instruction on routine work and general instruction on new assignments. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Systems, or Computer Science required. Experience: At least ten years related experience on CRM, web and on-line ordering/tracking system implementation Thorough working knowledge of the how to apply web technology, the company systems and available software packages for business solutions required.
