They have a plant is located in Xiamen , China . To cope with our fast expansion, they are now looking for high caliber candidate for the following post: Financial Manager /Controller Responsibilities: l Direct report to President / COO, station in Xiamen, responsible for all Accounting and Finance related matters, such as accounting books closing and review, generating accurate, timely&quality financial and management reports, costing and stocks control, budgeting and cash flow forecast, credit control, customs declaration. l Develop and implement efficient internal controls for respective division in the company. l Liaison with external counterparts in China , e.g. customs, bankers, lawyers, auditors, foreign trade and exchange authorities. l Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all reported results across operations by recommending / implementing controls and procedures as necessary and monitoring compliance. l Manage the external and internal financial operations l Planning, forecasting and analyzing of financial activities and business performance for the group companies and factory plant l Implement comprehensive monthly reporting and relevant analysis l Lead the task force of budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis, internal audit control, taxation and cash flow management l Proactively provide input and financial information to facilitate organizational strategic decision making and planning Requirement l Bachelor"s Degree major in Accounting / Finance with CPA professional qualifications or equivalent is preferred. l Qualified accountant with the minimum of 8 years experience, well-built in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, management accounting, cash flow management and proficient with China taxation system, with audit experience in manufacturing field is preferred. l With China IPO experience is an advantage. l Experience in setting up an effective internal control system. l Demonstrated an in-depth understanding of operational and financial content of factory l Sound knowledge of group consolidation and budgeting. l Good command of spoken and written English and native mandarin speaking. l Self-motivated, independent, proactive and adaptable Qualified and interested parties may send your resume in WORD format to Tracy ZHANG by tracy.zhang@mrihk.com ASAP, thanks.
