Perform testing tasks throughout the development lifecycle: Analyze requirements, develop test cases/scripts, and modify automated test code to execute tests, report results and make recommendations for improvement. Be responsible for product quality control; Setup and maintain the lab environment for simulation and customization activities Interface with the Honeywell Business Unit functional leads in US and other locations Qualifications and Experience Must criteria: BS/MS in Engineering in Automation and Control/Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science Pays attention to detail. Be self motivated and able to work under pressure. Passion for career development in software testing Good communication skills with fluency in written and oral English Should be able to travel inside and outside China. And at least one of the below skill-sets is must own I: Software/System Testing Recent 3+ years test infrastructure or other relevant software development experience Experienced in Automation Testing Tool, e.g. Rational Robot, LoadRunner. Programming expertise in C/C++, VC++, VB, .NET, JAVA is preferred II: DCS domain At least 2 years of relevant experience in the configuration and maintenance of the of the standard industrial process control systems, DCS or SCADA. Experience with Honeywell TDC3000/TPS/PlantScape Systems is a plus.
