RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide full spectrum of HR consultation and support services for South China Office on acquisition of talents, HR policies, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR systems, payroll administration, with focus on Training Organization&Development etc. - Establish close partnership with business units; provide professional advice on people management related issues. - Review effectiveness of HR processes and systems, recommend and execute process enhancement plans to meet with business needs and expectation. - Contribute and assist on ad hoc HR projects.
