Prioritization and coordination of all supplier improvement activities. Alignment of activities with purchasing. Developed regional supplier portfolio for global business. Close alignment of supplier work with purchasing in sourcing decision. Insurance of SQA Project fulfillment following APQP/PPAP and VDA6.3. Satisfied with Project targets, service level to product lines. Escalation of supplier issues to purchasing. Coordinate supplier relationship between JVs plants in China, global, and product lines QA for good suppliers management in Asia. Enforcement of global®ional use of developed standards. Resource allocation decisions for above SDI and SQAP activities. Lead and mentor SQEs to develop competence, plan and coordinate training activities. Your conditions of work and work environment You will report to the Global Managers and General Manager of Asia-Pacific Work location will be in Shanghai Occasional domestic or overseas business trips Free atmosphere with independent work environment Attractive perspectives for your personal development Qualifications Bachelor degree (minimum) in Engineering or Supplier Chain. 8+ years work experience in manufacturing/quality (mechanical, electromechanical or electrical/electronics preferred). 5+ years in Quality Management or senior level of product&process quality engineering. Supplier Quality Management experience is required. Experience in automotive industry is preferred.
