Develop a management team to operate and manage day to day business. Develop and implement strategic business plan to capture long-term business opportunities that exist in China and overseas markets. Develop and implement Annual Operating Plan to meet corporate requirements. Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans to ensure that goals are met. Contribute to the achievement of business goals through the co-ordination and implementation of Quality System, Health Safety&Environment System, Employee Relations practices and Lean Manufacturing Systems and others that are leading edge. Responsible for capital planning and implementation. Demonstrate an active style with Industrial Relations. Emphasis is to be built around principles of mutual benefit to all. Ensure all business activities undertaken comply with relevant legislative Acts, Legal and Ethical Standards. Manage expenses, capital spending, material costs and other expenses to Annual Operating Plan budgets. Develop Line of Sight (LOS) plan to achieve growth, productivity and cost reduction goals that meet shareholders requirements Commercial / Technical Skill Requirements University degree or above in related field; MBA is a plus At least 2 years of successful general management experience in Production, Quality, Engineering. Experience in foreign invested manufacturing enterprise is preferred. Experience on car component industry is a must, on friction materials is preferred.
