职位类别： 工程机械 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-05 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： 世界著名变频器制造集团中国研发中心诚意聘请熟悉Solidworks并有5年以上设计经验，英文流利的高级CAD设计工程师： Sr. CAD Design Engineer Location:Shanghai SUMMARY OF JOB: Responsible for creating 3D models and preparing 2D engineering drawings to support the Cooling or Rack Systems Group. Responsible for creating Bill of Materials and parts specifications. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Create 3D models and 2D drawings of parts including sheet metal, plastic, etc., sub assemblies as well as drawings used in technical manuals for Cooling or Rack products using SolidWorks. Prepare MEI’s (Manufacturing Engineering Instructions) through CAD drawing for Manufacturing. Create Bill of Materials and enter into Oracle Database. Creates parts specifications into part specification system. Other duties as assigned SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: Review design for Manufacturability Support to product development, prototyping and test activity Interface with outside vendors for parts development and qualification EDUCATION MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Design or equivalent EXPERIENCE MINIMUM REQUIRED: 5+ years design/drafting experience in sheet metal and plastics using 3D software. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 REQUIRED: Ability to use 2D and 3D CAD software (Solidworks) and understand geometric tolerance Working and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, primarily Excel. Ability to prepare accurate detail and assembly drawings of plastic, sheet metal, and cooling components Knowledge of mathematics, engineering practices, building materials, and other standard drawing techniques. Process concepts of plastic injection molding, sheet metal stamping, machining, and casting Ability to work independently as well as work with a team to achieve project goals. Initiative to acquire knowledge and skill to continuously improve job performance. Creative thinking and problem solving.
