职位类别: 人力资源 工作地点: 北京 发布日期: 2008-05-05 工作经验: 5-10年 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 是 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 若干 职位描述/要求: Organization: SLC HR - Human Resources Location: Beijing Business Area: Corporate Functions Function Area: Human Resources Job Code: CN05647 Goals/Mission: - Facilitating the implementation and adaptation of corporate standards and companywide mandatory decisions and programs (Siemens global/Siemens China) in the mentioned area Tasks: -Adapting / developing employment conditions(process, documents and policies / guidelines on working time , leave and holidays, business travel, transportation, retention and subsidies) that are legally compliant and fit with the people strategy of Siemens China. -Central providing of templates for all employment related contracts (offer letter, employment contract, separation letter, promotion letter etc) -Ensuring the implementation of the compliance program; training of compliance officers in the groups; keeping track of legal and political developments in the compliance area. -Information turntable between CP World, the HR APAC network and HR Siemens China. -Supporting M projects, focus on the pre merger phase (due diligence) and give support to HR operation group for integration.
