ְλÀà±ð£º ¹¤³Ì»úе ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ÉϺ£ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-05-05 ¹¤×÷¾­Ñ飺 3-5Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾­Ñ飺 ·ñ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º Èô¸É ְλÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º Key Responsibilities: Exercises independent decision making and autonomy on delivering all three services lines within the Global Mobility Services (Expatriates /Immigration /Relocation) for Foreign Nationals, HR and Hiring Managers, working within APAC region and Expatriates from the APAC Region working in other worldwide locations. A key member of the APAC Global Mobility Services Team Proactive delivery of all Global Mobility Policies such as Global, Inter European, US Assignment policy and short term and assistance with domestic relocation policy. Leads the information collection and liaises with the outside vendors to ensure solid operation database for various purpose like tax filing, payment tracking, etc. Consults and advises on all Global Mobility Services for the APAC regional team General Expatriate support to all HR and Expatriate Assignees in Asia/Pacific region (problem resolution and query handling) Processing and overseeing of all Work Authorisation applications and similar immigration requirements for Expatriate assignees and Foreign National New Hires Partnering with external suppliers such as Deloitte, Prudential, Fragomen Law firm, local housing agencies, etc. Proactive and accurate record keeping to ensure Sox and Legal Compliance. Proactively highlights opportunities for improvement projects to Mobility Services Team Co-ordination and processing of the monthly BU Billing reports for the Mobility Services Co-ordination of the payroll process for all expatriates in and out of the and partnering with payroll department. Co-ordination of tax filing process for both inbound and outbound Build constructive partnership with internal stakeholders; Manage medical insurance program for assignees; Requirements: High Level of PC Literacy Excellent Telephone skills High Level Experience in the Expatriate/Immigration/Relocation arenas in a corporate background Good level of education with excellent English skill oral and written Excellent Customer Service skills Good Numerical Skills with generic sense of tax and finance Customer led quality Common approach to continuous improvement Assessment/Measurement Attention to detail Conflict Management, Managing Change Dealing with ambiguity Flexible, Integrity Strong Ability to work on own initiative Project Management ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º ÓʼþµØÖ·: chris.luk@talent-union.com .
