职位类别： 财会/审计/统计 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-05 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： 世界著名消费类电子制造集团（美国独资）诚意聘请英文口语流利的高级财务分析： Senior Finance Analyst Location: Shanghai Principal Activities/Duties: Revenue Accounting o Review weekly service revenue and adjust to ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX auditing requirements o Prepare and post weekly revenue deferral/recognition journals o Check accounting rules are being applied correctly to service contract invoices o Assist with weekly backlog analysis o Work with Customer Support Representatives and local finance to ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers Local Cost of Sales o Prepare and post quarterly cost of sales accruals o Monitor actual costs and investigate and report on variances to forecast o Assist with quarterly cost of sale forecast o Work closely with 3rd party labour suppliers across Asia to ensure timely and accurate invoicing Local Repair Inventory o Assist US cost accounting with discrepancies between off-line inventory reporting system and reported balance in Oracle 11i o Monitor and Analyse components purchased to support repair facility and understand usage o Assist with developing reporting around local repair service to understand trends, costs&usage o Process improvement work around local repair and logistic service Spending o Work with business managers and local finance staff to build up quarterly spending forecasts for both Sales&Service departments across Asia o Monitor actual spending and investigate and report on variances to forecast o Provide latest estimate spending forecasts throughout the quarter for review Balance Sheet o Maintain accruals/prepaids and perform monthly account reconciliations o Maintain deferred revenue and perform monthly account reconciliation Journal entries o Prepare and post weekly, monthly&quarterly journal entries to general ledger Activity Logging o Update weekly time-logging issues file and send out for management review, highlighting any potential issues Experience&Skills: Fluent at oral English Strong PC skills, especially MS Excel Excellent interpersonal and communication skills o Require regular contact with finance and non-finance staff in Asia o Working closely with finance staff in UK and North Reading Ability to work independently o Will be sole finance representative in Asia o Need to be Self Motivated Ability to work to weekly and quarterly deadlines Flexibility for occasional travel Basic Qualifications: Appropriate accounting qualification with 5+ years accounting experience 联系方式： 邮件地址: chris.luk@talent-union.com .
