Identify process inefficiencies that would be the best candidates for technical workflow integration. Gather requirements, write business requirements and functional specifications and oversee requests for changes to those specifications. Develop and execute test cases, including test data. Sign off UAT testing and support post-implementation. Assist project manager with business requirement, process and functional questions. Support architect to design solution and translate business requirements into technical requirements. Track issues, problems and change requests. Participate in quality assurance of solutions. Knowledge/Skill Requirements: 5+ years of IT experience in business systems analysis. Experience working in an IT organization with responsibility for conducting requirements gathering, and building functional requirements and specifications for large-scale applications is mandatory. Experience with Java and or .Net technical environmental. Strong understanding of data modeling required. SQL Server experience is preferred. Business experience that includes working with IT in the development and implementation of systems. Possess systems/process knowledge with a strong emphasis on web based applications. Experience in implementing CRM application in call center environment. Experience in working with outsourcing development team. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Business, or Mathematics.
