职位类别： 通信技术 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-05-05 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： 世界著名机械产品制造集团中国公司诚意聘请熟悉SAP系统，并有相当供应链经验的高级顾问： Business Analyst SAP Consult (Product Planning and Product Delivery) Location: Shanghai/Beijing PRIMARY DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES § Researches, analyzes and documents business requirements for developing or enhancing complex systems to ensure process/system is thoroughly tested. § Lead the translation of business requirements into a detailed SAP process definition for Production Planning and Execution processes. § Maintains a strong and collaborative relationship with the business and IT, serving as a strong advocate of the new/enhanced process or solution through communication to the organization. § Uses project management skills to ensure project plan, resource availability and tasks are met while adhering to the approved system development methodology. § Develop functional specifications to support China SAP system and business process design. § Collaborate with technical analysts through the development and testing of solutions to ensure all approved requirements are met. § Provide initial training of SAP business processes to site Business Process Integrators at the China units. § Coordinate the deployment of SAP enhancements, and all associated processes to production using established Technical Change Management guidelines. § Covers areas of Repetitive Manufacturing (Planned Orders, Cost Collectors, Labor Reporting), Discrete Manufacturing (Production Orders, MRP, COGI, Labor Reporting), Forecasting, Shop Floor Execution. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Technical § Minimum of two years experience in SAP Product Planning area. § Understanding of computer technology, methodology, and full life-cycle development. § Skill in project management. Demonstrated planning and organizational skills. § Analytical and problem solving skills. § Self-starter with high level of job responsiveness. § Strong interpersonal and communication skills. § Information systems aptitude. § Ability to analyze, translates, and defines business requirements into technical solutions. § Skill in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution. § Knowledge of multiple business processes of assigned area(s) and/or function(s). § Experience implementing major Information Technology programs or projects that are broad in scope or multi-unit/cross divisional. § Knowledge and experience configuring SAP. § A broad background of business experience within or outside the Company. § Experienced in the development of System operational procedures for Users. § Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
