Key member of global sourcing team to manage BU’s supply chain. 2. Establish strategy and plan for global BOM cost improvement per BU’s supply chain strategy and target. 3. Closely work with supplier together to reduce the continuously (total cost of ownership) like direct material, logistics, inventory, overhead, lead time, through analysis, negotiation and other creative means. 4. Work with commodity managers to strengthen the relationship between BU and key supplier base. 5. Work with commodity managers to do cost analysis for NBD (new business development) project. 6. Work with to commodity mangers to do supplier market study from technology and price aspects. Qualifications: 1. 7+ years experience in supply chain management of multinational company or EMS industry. 2. Solid experience and knowledge in connector, sheet-metal industry. 3. Concrete skill set of negotiation with different kinds of suppliers 4. Experience of E-auction and VMI program is preferred 5. Project management skill 6. Bachelor degree equivalent or above in engineer or business 7. Teamwork, integrity, willing to face difficulties and challenges 8.
