Hands on operation and upgrade experience with Oracle 9i/10g and MS SQL Server 2005 database systems Hands on operation and upgrade experience with Solaris 8/10, SuSE Linux, and Windows Server 2003/XP OS SAP NetWeaver, Oracle 9i and 10g, Solaris 8 and 10, Linux certification preferred Job Responsibility: Responsible for all aspects of SAP Basis administration including, installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting Perform application, database, operating system, and transaction tuning to ensure the best possible response times for the end-users Support 7/24 operations and regular on-call rotation Develop, maintain, and document SAP system operating procedures including backup and recovery of the SAP system, system error detection procedures, database reorganization, and SAP background job scheduling.
