On a full-time basis, lead&manage improvement projects as assigned by Champions&Sponsors. Coach improvement project team members on the improvement process&corresponding quality tools. Make regular reports to management on improvement project progress, barriers,&issues. Participate in potential project selection&analysis; advise Business Unit staff on prioritization of potential projects. Supported by regional MBB to enhance belts knowledge and skill in six sigma Qualification: University Degree majored in Business or IT preferred 5+ years of experience in multinational auto parts related company.
