职位类别： 商务/采购/贸易 工作地点： 深圳 发布日期： 2008-05-04 工作经验： 无经验 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Location:Yan Tian Terms of Reference: Reports to the Senior Director of Liner Operations and Security for the Greater China Area General Area"s of Responsibility - Shared Service Center Review For Operations in Greater China - Process Efficiency Specific Area"s of Responsibility Shared Service Center Review For Operations in Greater China: Set up required team for facilitation of migration to a SSC concept for Operations for PRE, PRN and TWN Set up communication procedures between SSC, Clusters and Local Operations Mapping of Processes- must ensure that all operational processes included within vessel handling are mapped on how this is handled today and in the future in all offices/regions within Greater China Time stamping of work processes- Once procedures are mapped, a detailed analysis must be made on how many man-hours each processes takes, in both existing manner as well as future SOP design Determine which job tasks can be moved to an SSC and OPS Cluster Cost benefit analysis for a shifting to an SSC concept Determine Resource requirements at an SSC, Cluster and Local OPS level Determine short and long term training needs for the SSC staff, as well as associates at the Cluster and local OPS Determine how to ensure that proper mid-level managers of operations staff on a Regional and a GCA basis are going to be available in 3 to 5 years down the road.
