职位类别: 客户服务/技术支持 交通/仓储/物流 工作地点: 上海 发布日期: 2008-05-04 工作经验: 3-5年 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 是 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 1人 职位描述/要求: Purpose of the Position - Ultimately responsible for the service level to all clients within the group - Act as the single point of entry for the Team Leader on all matters related to the client - Manage the group members to optimize the operation - Pro-actively foresee and prevent major service failures - Educate group members in MLOG values and improve their business understanding - Be a role model for the group members in all aspects - Responsible of delivering the VAS targets set for the group - Responsible for the personal development of the people within the group General responsibilities - Have operational insight for all the clients in the group. - Allocate and continuous adjust the workload within the group according to the situation. - Communicate with the destinations and clients to ensure high service level from SGH. - onitor the group members daily operation by instructing them how to handle specific issues. - Solve bigger operational problems arisen in the daily operation. - Pro-actively foresee and prevent operational problems and ensure a smooth operation. - Make sure all SOPs are 100% complied to. - Assist the Team Leader to achieve the teams VAS target by developing an action plan and execute. - Responsible for all emails are replied in a timely fashion (within 24 hours). - Improve group members operational and business understanding. - Conduct Performance appraisals and Mid-year reviews for group members/supervisors reporting to them. - Develop personal development plans for each group member/supervisor reporting to them and help to execute. - Responsible for teaching the group members MLOG/APM values and actively live out oneself. - Actively manage the outstandings and follow up with the group members to ensure all income is collected. - Back up for the Team Leader in his/her the absence. - Assist the Team Leader in all team related matters. - Develop the talents within the group to grow new potential Group Leaders Position Requirements Essential: - Good general understanding of the MLOG operation. - Fluent spoken and written English as well as Mandarin. - Operational experience. - High level of initiative and drive. - Well-organized ¨C also when working under pressure. - Open and positive with good communication skills - People management skills (6-8 people) - Financial insight and understanding of its importance 联系方式: How to apply: You are invited to submit your resume, giving details of qualifications, experience, current and expected salaries and contact telephone number on Maersk Career Center : Click here All applications will be treated in strict confidentiality and solely for recruitment purpose. 有意向的人士请将完整的简历投递至 马士基 Career Center : 按下此按钮 我们将对所有申请人的申请加以严格保密,且仅用于招聘用途。 .
