Position Functions: - Collect data on incoming inspection and test yields. Run pareto analysis and work with vendors/contract manufactures to implement corrective actions and process changes. This position will be responsible to feed back problems to suppliers and oversee corrective actions. - Qualify Suppliers and ensure supplier quality levels are met. - Perform top down analysis of existing processes and optimize processes. Areas of focus include incoming inspection, PCBA Test, and system Test - Design and develop quality inspection and test plans to include sampling plans based on confidence limits, process capabilities, and inspection methodologies - Provide a leadership role on departmental or cross-functional initiatives. - Manage and maintain reliability information and calculations of equipment based on theoretical and field data. - Prepare written quality and failure analysis reports for both management and customers. - Manage all external and internal audit programs - Assist in achieving TL9000 compliance - Conduct local testing of product quality assurance. Requirements: Applicants should posses the following skills and knowledge -Operates well independently and within a small team environment. -Understands the product development life cycle -Experience with test methodologies and quality risk analysis -QA tools including defect logging tracking, and reporting systems. -Passionate about world-class manufacturing -Sense of urgency with ability to self manage and achieve deadlines. -Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in English. -Ability to HK with little notice. -Strong knowledge of IPC 610 and equivalent international standards for electronic assemblies -Knowledge of both Software development and Hardware development cycles. -Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power-point) Language: English (both written&spoken) Mandarin Chinese (both written&spoken) Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University. 3+ years experience in a production environment. 联系方式： An attractive compensation and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
