Sign contract with module suppliers Negotiate with suppliers for best quality, lead time and price. Maintain suppliers" management and performance. Responsibilities : Local and global supplier selection to meet the requirements of localization projects Contract with suppliers and quotation analysis Follow supplier"s sample validation and mass production Ensure suppliers on-time delivery and quality service Consolidation of suppliers Purchasing process implementation Responsible for module and Sub-assemblies parts purchasing HIERARCHICAL LINKS Supervisor : Sourcing Project Manager Subordinates : Functional links : PRE-REQUIREMENTS Education : Bachelor Degree, Majored in Mechanical Engineering Experience : 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing industry Competences / Specific knowledge : Familiar with the supplier and market of assembly, Mechanical Machining, Sheet mental, casting etc. Familiar with the capability and quality control in mechanical industry and master detail process control. Have relevant purchasing experience of relevant parts.
