Tasks: - Sales target: Find local demand for HVP mid-end product and achieve sales target via the partner channel he builds up - Customer target: Build up close relationship with local M installer, Decoration installer, design institute and end user, find and grow up local certified partner to be service platform to above targeted customers - 找出当地中端市场需求,建立当地经销网络,实现个人销售目标 -与当地机电设备安装公司、装饰公司空调部、设计院暖通室和甲方密切联系,发展经销商成为销售和服务平台 Contacts: - Reports to GM of HVP mid-end market. Internal contact with mid-end market Assistant, HR, External contact with local partner, installer, design institute, end user and SI if has. Education: - College graduated major in ME, M installation or Sales&marketing. 机电、建筑工程、工程安装或市场营销专业. Knowledge/Languages: - Systematically build up, train and grow up partner channel, pull and meet the demand in local mid-end market. - Application HVAC Product to meet mid-end market demand. Experience: - Product sales experience in HVAC control, BA or construction industry. 暖通空调控制、弱电或建筑工程类产品销售. Capabilities: - Communication skill, work independently after training and mentoring program.
