Process training and enforcement; coordinator of CMM certification; 2. Conduct timely and quality process training to every new hire after orientation. 3. Resolve any process related issues for engineers across the company. 4. Enforce and monitor the company methodology at an individual and team level. 5. Monitor process implementation. 6. Work with HR to set up process policies and execute policies against process violators. 7. Work with IS team from IDC to apply for CMM certification. Ensure the application process is smooth and productive. 8. Monitor the health status of CMM execution after the certificate is obtained. 9. Provide SQA support for all teams and projects. 10. Maintain process systems support locally. 11. Strengthen and perfect company process if necessary. Requirements: 1. Have strong desire to provide software-outsourcing services to U.S.-based Company. 2. Have Strong Information Technology background. 3. Have application and implementation experience of CMM 3. 4. Have training experience in terms of process, policy and technical skills. 5. Be good at scripting languages and XML is a big plus 6. Have platform experience on Unix and Windows is a plus 7. Have strong people management skills. 8. Have strong leadership and communication skills. 9. Excellent language skills in speaking and writing English. ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º .
