To check supporting documents for payment application which to comply group policy 3. To conduct timely of the petty cash payments and reimbursements under proper authorization 4. To complete bank accounts reconciliation timely 5. To prepare and manage the invoice, checks, remittances, telegraphic transfer, mail transfer and other documents to meet the applications from different business unit 6. To prepare the cash and bank account reports and worksheet, input every record into computer system, keeping the system accurate and up-to-date 7. To take other responsibilities of payment issues 8. To support accountant to finish different project task Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree with major in Finance or Accounting, holding Accounting Certificate 2. 1+ cashier working experience in multi-national company or joint-venture 3. Good knowledge of China Accounting Standard and System 4. Familiar with Foreign Exchange Management Policy 5. Good English communication skills both in oral and written 6.
