职位类别： 工程机械 化工 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-04-23 工作经验： 10年以上 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Major Responsibilities: - Prepare project design basis and scopes including technology selection, flow sheets (PFD and P ), mass and energy balances, equipment dimension design, equipment specification and layouts. - Provide necessary input to prepare cost estimates and project schedules in support of project planning. Cost estimates and project schedules should be analyzed for accuracy, and completeness. - Execute design engineering phase of projects, including process design calculations, equipment and material choice and detailed design of equipment with drawings for procurement, technical clarification with other disciplines internal of the project team like as piping, E , procurement as well as external contractors. - Communicate with construction and site personnel to ensure that plant is constructed per design. Provide guidance and technical support to resolve construction problems. - Provide technical support during start-up phase to ensure product quality and capacity requirements are met. - Direct the close out of project, which includes punch list and acceptance, drawing revision to as-built status, capitalization, cost and project reconciliation, project audit and document microfilming. - Guidance and know-how transfer to junior engineers.
