Roles&Responsibilities: -Compile date-base of developments expatriate accommodation -Develop business relationship with existing and new Property Owners or Developers. -Perform Housing search and assist in negotiation program with extensive knowledge of the current market and professional negotiating skills and ensure the best terms are secured Our IDEAL candidate is outgoing, hardworking, honest, and professional and communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. 2 years or above of Real Estate experiences, Computer literate MS word/ Excel/PPS, Chinese and English is a must.
