职位描述(Job Descriptions) JOB PURPOSE (General Summary)Supervise/Lead and coordinate activities of plant expansion and upgrading project. Required to be skilled in the activities being supervised and will perform tasks of management to maintain project schedules. Monitor daily construction activities and ensure time and quality commitments are met.DUTY/RESPONSIBILITYPlant Construction/Upgrading -With project manager, conduct and review project design; -With project manager, conduct all the equipment sourcing and negotiation, make sure all quality parameter and budget frame are met;-Cooperated with JV project manager, monitor the daily construction activities, recommend and implement measures to improve safety performance, project quality, methods and efficiencies;-Provide regular training and feedback and assist project manager in resolving problems. -On be half of project manager, assign work to JV project manager. -General Plant Activities:-Help coordinate as well as participate in the execution of general activities. This includes but not limited to –-Help coordinate harvest activities such as preparation of main equipment operation regulation, project after service arrangement, equipment repairing and maintenance etc.;-Monitoring product quality and ensure the completed project meet the needs of the quality plan and design purpose;-Collect feedback from operators and section chiefs as the basis if upgrading -Teamwork/Communications:-Develop and maintain good communications and rapport with plant personnel, other Pioneer employees, JV’s management team, vendors etc. -Participate in plant meetings and serve on Pioneer teams as assigned. Risk Management:-Attend safety meetings and complete required training. Ensure others complete required training and enforce safety regulations.-Manage risk during performance of duties. -Recommend and implement safety and construction improvements. Administration:-Assist with accounts receivable and payable. Basic Requirement:Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanism, agriculture mechanisms prefer;3 years working experience, with design or project management experience prefer;Good communication skill;CAD skill—can make mechanical drawings;Located in Jiuquan;Frequent travel;English skill—can read, write English mails or import equipment manual; .
