Design and implement the IT strategy for multi site management, design and implement the data and voice management standard in contact center. 2. Lead and manage Shanghai&Beijing site team to maintain daily IT operations. 3. Responsible for the IT implementation and set up for any new project 4. Provide the pre-sales support to various BU’s and participate in the RFP response, presentation, quotation and client site visit, etc. 5. Conduct new technology research with regard to telephony systems, CTI, Contact Center tools as well as CRM systems. 6. Responsible for the training and people development of IT dept. 7. Take in charge of the vendor management, including: data, voice, Telecom and internal services provider. 8. Provide the pre-sales support to various BU’s and participate in the RFP response, presentation, quotation and client site visit, etc. 联系方式: .
