Qualifications 1.Knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 2003, PC hardware installation and configuration; 2.Bachelor"s degree or equivalent experience; 3.1-2 years of experience with a history of IT support; 4.Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking; 5.Outstanding customer service and interaction.
