The ideal applicant will be a core member of new product development team(s), responsible for managing the function to perform in-depth analysis of control system products, processes, methods, etc Reports to R Manager , your responsibility will include the following: 1. Through campaign analysis, influence the organization to adopt new technologies, processes, and tools which will promote the highest possible quality/speed in product development. 2. Coordinate appropriate business units and departments within the organization to define, design and ensure successful campaigns. 3. Direct and ensure the formulation of campaign objectives, methods, and metrics with the coordination of the business(s) supporting the campaign. 4. Working with department management, accurately estimate resource/skill requirements and estimate schedules/timelines for campaigns. To be successful in this position you must possess the following experience and skills: 1. Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering, Automation other related technical degree 2. Above 3 years experience in electrical design experience 3.
