Job title: Sr. Integration Engineer Responsibilities ： 1. New product and new technology development. 2. Process optimization and improvement. 3. Yield enhancement. 4. Root cause analysis. 5. DOE design and improvement plan. 6. Test debugging. Qualification: 1. More than 8 years experience in semiconductor industry. 2. Familiar with device physics. 3. Familiar with semiconductor process. 4. Familiar with DOE. 5. Team work Spirit. Job title: Sr. AE Responsibilities ： 1.The senior applications engineer works under the supervision of China applications center manager to support sales/FAE, customers and channel partners in China . 2. Work closely with headquarter applications to coordinate application support issues and allocate resources; 3. Help marketing to conduct market surveys in China , propose new product ideas, and assist with detailed product definition; 4.Generate data sheets and applications notes including translating existing applications literature into Chinese, design general-purpose and customized demonstration boards, review customer design and provide design services, evaluate new products, assist FAEs with local failure analysis support, and provide the highest level of local technical service to customers. 5.Prepare technical training material and conduct technical trainings for FAE, sales, and channel partners in China . Qualification: 1. BSEE or higher, concentration in Power Electronics is preferred; 2. 5+ years hands-on experience in motor control. Master hardware and software of some MCU application, such as Cypress , etc. Familiar with C and assemble language. Know control theory and method; 3. Have design experience for total motor control system such as E-Bike controller, home appliance motor controller; 4. Highly motivated with “can-do” attitude and able to work with minimum supervision; 5. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills 6. Able to discuss complex technical issues in English both verbally and in writing; 7. Some domestic travel is required. Job title: Sr. Product&Test Engineer Responsibilities ： 1. Daily low yield analysis and disposition; 2. Developing new testing setup; 3. Qualifying New test / probing line; 4. Assist NPI in analysis of low yielding engineering builds; 5. Weekly review test yield trend and SPC analysis of test data; 6. Coordinate yield enhancement activities; 7. Support QA in customer complaints (due to visual mechanical issues); 8. Customer return analysis (due to electrical failures). Qualification: 1. Minimum of BS or BE degree in Electrical Engineering or Micro-Electronics; 2. Familiar with Power Discrete characteristics, preferably 4 years of product / test engineering experience in the Analog IC / Power electronics industry; 3.
