Quote appropriate customer prices, and coordinates/conducts customer visit/demo/source inspection with PBG under approval of SAF. 3. Generate Configuration PST spec. 4. Achieves the direct sales of system (entire Company products line or designated products) 5.Develops and builds on meaningful/mutual-trust relationships with all pertinent people within the account. 6. Makes technical presentations, negotiates product specifications, and completes product configurations. 7. Regular customer meeting to understand customer and business status, look for business opportunity, maintain customer satisfaction. 8. Ensure all customers profile/business information and sales forecast data is completed, thoroughly, accurately, and on time updated. 9. Ensure that the skills necessary to achieve results are obtained; this includes development of selling skills, administrative procedure, product knowledge, presentation skills for the consistent professional approach. 10. Coordinate with PBG/RPM to respond to customer technical questions and to make sure product related technical details are resolved to the customer s satisfaction. 11. Calls on prospective customers, provide product information. 12. Maintains meeting information of each site visit. Job Requirements: Above Bachelor degree or equivalent level of educational background in the relevant job, major in Engineering, Business, etc. 5 to 10 years semiconductor or related industry with Sales experience and managerial experience Performance Skills: Management of staffs and customers Tech/Job Skill: System knowledge; Customer fab. operation knowledge; Competitor knowledge Fluent English: Require to satisfy most work requirement and some ability to communicate on concrete topics relating to particular interest and special subjects Presentation Skill: Frequent opportunities to present for AMC top management decision making and customers with considerable outstanding skills Must speak Mandarin Being Mature and strategic level Ability to manage at least 6 sales people for 2 years and has the experience to run an org; If you are interested in it, pls send your CV to: ccai@antal.com.cn 联系方式： .
