Job Title: Information System Supervisor - Order to Cash / Material to Inventory Job Responsibilities: -Work as the Information System level 1 support to Order-to-Cash (OTC) / Material-to-Inventory (MTI) process, in SAP and relative systems - Collect issues from users, solve the issues; in case related to system change, escalate to level 2 support or contracted service provider; test and ensure the quality of the solution provided by them - Work closely with business functions, understand business needs and identify the opportunity - Ensure the process in SAP and relative systems are following the business design and compliance with internal control policy and SOX - Lead the IS projects related to OTC / MTI process - Assess&conduct end User training relative to OTC / MTI functional process as required Required Competencies&Skills: - Bachelor degree - 2+ years working experience on IS/IT - Working experience on SAP SD and MM / SAP PP, MM and MRP is preferred - Good communication skills include reading and writing in English. Able to liaise with peoples from different countries - Good team work spirit - Analytical thinking and problem solving skills - Proactive and strong motivation to self educates - Working experience at Consumer product industry is preferred 联系方式： .
