This position is also responsible for assisting with salary and benefit information, managing employees" payroll and benefits update, maintaining and explaining Human Resource Policy. Main responsibilities including, but limited to the followings: 1. Secures direct hires via advertisement, hiring agencies and unsolicited resumes, and is responsible for all arrangements, initial evaluation of applicants and the coordination with the hiring managers and business units. 2. Develops and maintains practices that assure compliance with corporate and governmental agencies through continued assessment of policies and procedures by staying involved with customers, Legal, Medical and other related parties. 3. Determine campus Job Fair and recruiter training needs and provide displays and materials needed for events. Works with business units to promote company’s interests. Stays abreast of recruiting practices and changes. 4. Secure appropriate interviewers. Conducts recruiter update briefing meetings and provides statistics and evaluation of recruiters. Work with business units in determining appropriate invites. Serve as liaison and counsel on contacts, arrangements, orientation, accommodations, and the processing of expense. Transfer appropriate costs to the facilities. 5. Performance of duties associated with Governmental regulations and internal investigations. 6. Administration of payroll, salary administration, time and attendance and PeopleSoft related activities. 7. Various other human resources related duties. ELIGIBILITY: 1. Bachelor degree. 2. Strong interpersonal communication skill is required. 3. Knowledge of governmental regulations on labor and social benefit is a must. 4. More than 6yrs related working experience on HR function. 5.
