ְλÀà±ð£º ÈËÁ¦×ÊÔ´ ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ±±¾© ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-04-30 ¹¤×÷¾­Ñ飺 1-3Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾­Ñ飺 ÊÇ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º 1ÈË Ö°Î»ÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º Main Job Responsibilities 1.Maintain and update recruiting information, screen received resume and send to related managers to review, drive and coordinate interview schedule with each concerned parties, timely follow up with interview result and collect interview assessment report. 2.Handle processes of employment, such as on board notice, health check issue, etc. and orientation training for new employees. 3.Responsible for training files management and assistant to carry out training programs, set up efficient training records tracking system and training evaluation system 4.Coordinate with agency to administrate employment and termination for local staff, verify monthly social insurance related information 5.Responsible for employee attendance statistic and calculating related allowance 6.Handle all immigration related issues, including work/residence permit application 7.Maintain personnel files, leave and employee record, personnel information database and other HR files ensure integrity 8.Participate in organizing the employee relations activities for Beijing Office 9.Support the HR Manager to implement HR related policies and procedures Qualification 1.University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines 2.2 years of working experiences, including at least one year of solid HR experience, preferably gained in multinational companies 3.Good command of written and spoken English 4.Good communication and interpersonal skills 5.Computer literate ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º Please send your CV both in Chinese and English with position applying for to our email address as follows: recruitment.beijing@synovate.com 1 ¡¢ Please indicate the position you are applying for in the subject. 2 ¡¢ Please indicate that you saw the post from zhaopin.com. 3 ¡¢ Please indicate your compensation expectation and when you can commence to work. 4 ¡¢ For those invited to interview it is critical they can conduct the interview in English - if unable to do so, the interview will be terminated early.
