职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 金融/银行/保险/证券/投资 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-04-30 工作经验： 10年以上 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位月薪： 1000-50000元/月 职位描述/要求： IT Development Manager - A Global Leading Bank ( Indicative Grade: RM/C;) Job Duties : l Provide technical leadership for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of Banking IT systems to a local IT or business unit. Well understand the appropriate business systems of the Group and their associated IT development requirements; l Apply specialist expertise in the development of IT systems with the objective of optimizing operational performance and improving quality whilst increasing cost-effectiveness; l Manage the IT development teams and provide effective management to ensure the delivery of projects on time and in budget with appropriate quality; l Work closely with Project Management Office to prioritize IT development projects, and assist the Head of IT Development to ensure sufficient IT resources are arranged; l Assist the Head of IT Development in preparing and scheduling manpower resources, ensuring they are deployed effectively at all times; l Provide on-going system maintenance for the respective business line; l Manage staff development, assessment, training, motivation, discipline, recruitment and retention to assist the team in promoting the highest professional standards within the development environment; l Maintain Banking internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring. Job Requirements: l Recognized university degree in software development or related disciplines; l 10 years or above solid working experience in IT development on Java platform. Experiences in The Banking Front End systems will be an added-value; l 5 years management experiences in managing multiple IT development projects; l Familiar with banking systems functions and logic; l Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
