Now, our client has a big project with a giant and famous USA car maker in Shanghai, thus in an urgent need of a team of Quotation&Database Managmement Manager/Engineer ±¨¼Û&Êý¾Ý¿â¹ÜÀí¾Àí/¹¤³Ìʦ : Quotation&Database Managmement Manager/Engineer ±¨¼Û&Êý¾Ý¿â¹ÜÀí¾Àí/¹¤³Ìʦ (ÉϺ£) Responsibilities : --To establish quotations for new product --To establish the necessary database to support quotation process --To manage vendor capacity ( for manager position) --To define target cost for vendors product --To manage rolling business plan including supplier and ARM plants --Update the capacity analysis every 6 months to monitor future utilization of equipment. --Collect the Labor time and investment inputs for the AR. --To produce regular action plans in order to communicate current and future job tasks. --Will close and conclude projects that have been implemented formalizing ¡®Lessons learnt¡¯. --To support corporate initiatives. Requirements: --Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering --Minimum of 5 years experience of manufacturing assemblies for the Automotive Industry. --An in depth knowledge of the latch product range and the components and assembly processes required. --Managed the launch of several previous programs. --Working knowledge of TS16949. --Understanding of the various manufacturing techniques (cellular manufacturing, Conveyors, Pallet lines, etc). --Previous Cost Estimation involvement on new products and projects. --Good communication skills both in Chinese and English, confident presentation technique. --Self motivated and able to work on own initiative. --Must be able to motivate employees and develop positive team spirit. --Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and budgets. --Must have the ability to develop and introduce change. --A Team Player. --An in depth knowledge of: flow charts, FMEA, control plans, and SPC ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º info@tri-wins.com .
