职位类别： 电子/半导体/仪表仪器 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-04-30 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： 主要职责： 1.负责生产设备的安装调试。 2.负责拟定生产设备的操作及保养规程，培训设备操作员有关操作及保养事宜。 3.负责监督生产设备的合理使用，负责验收日常保养。 4.负责按计划完成生产设备预防性维修保养，不断地提高生产设备的完好率，降低故障率。 5.负责生产设备的电气维修，保障生产的正常进行。 6.拟订生产设备的问题分析报告。 7.协助做好生产设备的电气、电子备件计划。 8.参加生产设备的更新与改造。 9.协助公用设备/设施的维修、保养及改造。 岗位要求： 1.电气、自动控制或相关专业本科以上学历； 2.三年以上自动化项目现场设计或维护经验； 3.熟悉电气设备控制系统； 4. 熟练掌握PLC编程，能独立解决非特异性故障； 5.具有良好的英语听说读写能力； 6．能够承受较大的工作压力，具有团队精神和责任心。 Responsibilities: -Responsible production line testing machine -Draft the testing relative documents and instruction cards -Train production testing station operators -Collect testing data and analyze data to ensure the product quality under control -Analyze the defect product which can"t be passed by testing and provide the reports to quality department. -Set up new project (testing system, machines, fixtures etc) -Support vendor to make testing fixtures -Daily working task -Maintain testing machine and fixture -Other tasks assigned by product manager Qualification: - Bachelor degree or above in Automation or EE - +3 years in automatic project design with test on-site or maintenance - PLC programming skill is compulsory; familiar with Schneider PLC is preferred - Good communication skill in English - Good team player and willing to work under pressure 联系方式： Mail your CV to career.hr@cn.schneider-electric.com .
