Establish time table for product development and monitor the progress. Develop product mix&position. Organize buying and ordering functions. Monitor and develop retail and franchisee stores. Staff training and evaluation. Conduct marketing research. Assist on Visual display. Profit and loss responsibility for the brand. Prepare for ad hoc assignment. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design, Business Management or Marketing. 5 years" strategic experience in fashion or garment field, 3 years of which should be at managerial level. Practical and successful experience in sales, marketing and branding. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
