职位类别： 质控/安检 工作地点： 杭州 发布日期： 2008-04-30 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： General Description: This position will be based in Hang Zhou and is responsible for working with designated mechanical commodity suppliers (primarily Ferrotec) to manage and improve their performance and ensure they meet or exceeds the requirements of Brooks Automation. This includes prevention activities such as QMS audits, supplier process certification and supplier measurement as well as facilitating corrective action activities with the suppliers when problems are encountered and performing source inspection as required. Specific Responsibilities: -Provide quality performance measurements to assigned suppliers on an on-going basis and work with these suppliers to manage and improve their performance and ensure it meets or exceeds the expectations of Brooks Automation -Conduct QMS audits and process audits at designated suppliers. -Conduct source inspection at designated suppliers as appropriate. -Validate supplier first article inspections. -Certify supplier processes for critical parts by ensuring process control plans are adequate and establishing Process of Record baselines. -Generate supplier corrective action requests for repetitive supplier issues and ensure supplier answers identify root cause and define the containment action / corrective action necessary to prevent recurrence. -Work with suppliers to ensure their personnel understand the operating fundamentals and requirements of Brooks supplier quality assurance processes/documents such as: SIAR process, FAI process, SCAR process, copy exact principles, workmanship standards, QMS and process audits, and score card process. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: -BS degree in Mechanical Engineering -5+ years of Supplier Quality Engineering experience. -Bi-lingual Chinese English -Experience in supplier processes such as machining, sheet metal, fabrication, casting and special processes (i.e plating, painting, anodizing, UHV cleaning, etc) -Thorough knowledge of precision inspection methods, tool/equipment and sampling plans. -Experience with statistical methods (i.e. process capability indexes, SPC, six sigma) -Experience with process control plans -Working knowledge of ISO-9000 -Experience with performing quality system and process audits -Experience with 8D corrective action process -Strong problem solving skills -Working knowledge of incoming inspection methods and sampling plans -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Must be proficient with the use of computers applications such as Microsoft, Word, Excel, and Access. 联系方式： .
