Define, implement and continuously improve an internal audit function 2. Set up effective internal control policies and guidelines based on results and findings of audits 3. Communicate results of internal audits to the leadership team as appropriate 4. Design, implementation, process and data gathering in formulating the company’s response to Sarbanes-Oxley legislation 5. Provide ongoing administration of the company’s compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley from internal testing phase straight through to testing by external auditors 6. Be the lead contact for liaising with external auditors in the areas of both Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance 7. Be responsible for administering changes in the area of Sarbanes-Oxley affecting Videojet and the Platform that might result from legislative changes, Danaher recommendations or internal changes for changing business conditions Key Competencies: 1. Deep knowledge and experience in financial audits process, documentation and risk identification 2. Developing knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and industry response 3. Deep knowledge of US and China GAAP 4. Experience in MNC 5. Expression and analysis of business problems using advanced financial tools. 6. Public Accounting/Audit experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm. 7. Multi-national experience within audit background 8. Sarbanes-Oxley practical experience within audit background 9.
