To achieve sales acquisition targets, take the responsibility for providing qualified leads to Cluster Field Sales and Area Telesales within management regulation of direct sales framework 通过技能管理和电话行销团队的努力,实现电话行销部门的KPI。为了协助销售队伍实现销售目标,在直接销售管理规范的约束下,负责向分区路区销售部和区域电话销售部提供合格的销售机会 Accountabilities Efficiency Management 效率管理: Increase time on the phone qualifying leads through reducing/minimising “time stealers”, i.e. inbound service calls. 通过减少/最小化“time stealers”,如进口服务电话,增加通过电话获认定销售机会的次数 Information Management 信息管理: All pertinent information of each Suspect, Prospect and Multi Channel customer e.g. corporate details, contact persons, activity codes etc is being updated promptly and accurately into Area sales automation system 及时更新所有相关的“可疑”机会、“希望”机会和多渠道客户的信息,如公司信息、联系人、活动代码等,并准确录入区域自动化系统 Automation 自动化: Monitor Area telemarketing team to ensure that all activities are updated accurately in Sales automation system, e.g. sales activity codes, customers contact details, PCP upload to Auto Dial system etc 监控区域电话营销团队,确保准时更新销售自动化系统里的所有活动记录,如:销售活动代码、客户联络信息、PCP上传给自动拨话系统等 Telemarketing Team Management 电话行销团队管理: Design and organize to implement telemarketing campaign in line with area strategy and national marketing plan 设计并组织执行与区域战略和全国市场计划相一致的电话营销活动 Develop and implement Suspect and Prospect plans to meet Area Field sales and Telesales acquisition targets 制定并执行“可疑及希望”销售机会计划,以实现区域的路区销售和电话销售业务目标 Supervise and direct telemarketing executive to understand GSP programme and implement it 监督、指导电话营销专员清楚了解GSP计划并予以执行 Supervise Area Telemarketing Executives to record all Suspects and Prospects in the Sales Pipeline in order to perform accurate analysis of conversion rates etc 监督区域电话营销专员记录销售渠道中所有的“可疑及希望”的机会以进行成功转换率的准确分析 Lead and direct Telemarketing executives to meet all area call targets 领导并指导电话营销专员实现所有区域电话访问目标 Manage all Area Multi Channel customers (Account and Cash customers) through the Telemarketing team to effectively develop and identify customers with potential for allocation to Area Telesales or Cluster Field sales 通过电话营销团队管理区域所有的多渠道客户(账户客户和现金客户),有效拓展并确认潜在客户,并分配给区域电话销售或分区路区销售人员 Clearly define department role, responsibility and performance targets for the function 明确定义部门角色,职责以及部门的绩效目标 Plan, organise and direct an efficient and effective function 规划、组织和指导部门进行高效且有效运作 Develop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and cost consciousness 培养高品质、优质服务(面向内部客户)、灵活并具有成本意识的文化 Develop a team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team 在团队内部培养团队合作精神,提高多重任务处理能力 Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets 合理协调资源,对全球性、地区性以及全国性的项目推进提供相应的资源保障 Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance, including coaching, and conduct performance appraisal 与团队成员共同制定IKOs/KPIs,并监督团队成员的个人表现,包括绩效辅导,并进行绩效评估 Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department 确认培训需求与机会,建立一个具有高技能水平的职能部门 Skills / Qualifications Skills技能要求 Good communication skills 良好的沟通技能 Analytical skills 分析技能 Facilitation and training skills (excellent) 培养和培训技能(优秀) Project management skills 项目管理技能 Telephone skills 电话技能 Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) 软件技术(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 等) 5 years sales management experience in a service-related industry 5年服务有关行业销售管理经验 2 years experience in managing a Call Centre 2年管理呼叫中心经验 3 years experience in a sales function 3年销售部门经验 Experience in managing a sales force 管理销售队伍经验 Business degree 商业本科 联系方式: Email: recruit.south@dhl.com .
