The CLR’s breadth of technology covers many challenging and exciting areas like, but not limited to, garbage collection, type safety, code generation technologies. The CLR team is currently working on concurrent releases targeting a variety of end user and developer experiences including web applications, rich client applications and server applications across Windows and Macintosh. Primary responsibilities include working with PM/QA peers in feature crews collaborating on specs, development and test plans and then owning the implementation of the feature for Macintosh OS X. This position has many opportunities for career growth and for changing the way developers build, deploy and run applications! Qualified candidates must be proficient with C/C++ (including language concepts like multi-threading, EH, and OO design). Experience with Macintosh OS X/Unix environment and systems programming in Mac OS X/Unix also strongly preferred. Experience with Windows programming is a plus. Being able to design for both Windows and Mac is a strong plus. An understanding of managed code, garbage collected environment and/or a working knowledge of C# is desirable.
