职位类别： 质控/安检 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-03-07 工作经验： 不限 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： 主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1． 负责新产品的先期产品质量策划，保证策划过程与APQP(CTM)要求相符。 To co-ordinate the APQP process for all new products and ensure progress matches the needs of the project. 2．负责和项目组接口，PPAP文件准备和按时递交。 Be responsible for keeping touch with every project teams to prepare and hand in PPAP files in time. 3．负责与质量部接口，参与供应商PPAP生产的过程审核。 Take part in PPAP process audit of supplier with SDE and give out opinion if the supplier meets the requirement of YFK SOP. 4．负责对各新产品进行包括PSO、2TP(GP9)和GP12在内的审核、整改工作。 Be responsible for auditing work including PSO and 2TP (GP9) audit. 5．监控生产过程符合控制计划要求。 Monitor process follow CP requirement. 6．负责对质量员、检验员的技术培训及实物质量的最终判定。 Be responsible for training of quality coordinator and inspector and evaluation of parts quality. 7．对顾客抱怨及时作出反应,找出质量问题的根本原因,并根据要求完成追踪行动，撰写RPSR。 Be responsible for RPSR and action plan following up with customer reject or complaint. 8．负责监控各类审核整改行动措施的跟踪和验证。 Be responsible for supervise the track and certificate every audit improvement action measures. Audit the quality system on a pre determined regular basis. 9．负责部门内部质量成本监控。 Be responsible for summary and control the quality cost of manufacturing department. 资格和要求 Qualification and requirements: 1、本科或以上学历（机械或工科背景） Bachelor or above degree (major in Industry Engineering) 2、2年以上质量工程师经验，有汽车行业背景。 above 2 years of quality engineer experience, automobile industry background. 3、具有TS16949经验. Experience of TS16949. 4、系统思考和团队合作. System thinking and team working. 5、能独立开展工作.
