职位描述(Job Descriptions) Position: IT Manager Location: Chengdu Qualification: Computer or equivalent subject, include mathematics, information etc. Bachelor degree above Position Description: 1)Set up the IT development roadmap according to the business development 2)Make the annual IT budget and control the IT expenditure to meet the budget requirement 3)Ensure the IT system security to conform to the SOA404 Acts. 4)ERP management, extend the function thru programming 5)Employ the new IT technology to promote the productivity and efficiency 6)Motivate the department members and act as the coach to train the member 7)Ensure the department performance to realize the target Requirement 1)At least 3 above years experience as IT management position in MNC 2)Hand-on knowledge and experience on Network management, infrastructure planning, information security, ERP system, programming, Website construction technology and so on 3)Be familiar with manufacturing company flow 4)Fluent read/writing in English, can communicate in English 5)Team work spirit and willing to working under pressure, have the innovation and creativeness sense, self-driven, and task oriented Report to: Operation Manager .
