职位描述(Job Descriptions) 656 1. To inspect manufactured product and components, purchased by Tyco"s Macron facility in Great Yarmouth UK, in accordance with Tyco drawings, technical specifications and procedures.2. To maintain accurate records of all inspection activities undertaken.3. To analyse all dimensional data using "Minitab" and communicate all findings with all relevant Tyco facilities.4. To act on inspection findings in a positive manner, dealing with personnel in a supportive way, to further awareness and thereby reduce errors.5. To ensure that all Tyco supplied Control&Quality Plans are maintained at all times during production.6. To recommend product and process improvements to Tyco Management, to enhance product or process quality.7. To recommend shipments of parts in the event of a Pass, or rectification and replacement if appropriate8. To liaise consistently with local suppliers of materials and parts to Kaixuan, obtaining all necessary documentation, including certificates of conformity and mill certificates9. To liase with local Tyco purchasing, commodity and IPO sourcing contacts10. To monitor order progress and advise in a timely manner on possible late deliveries11. To have worked in a similar mechanical manufacturing and assembly environment, inspecting components and products to international standards. 12. Able to read Imperial&metric engineering drawings; use of measurement equipment and analysis of inspection results. 13. 5 years minimum in local area with similar inspection experience14. Knowledge and experience of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 ff5 .
