职位描述(Job Descriptions) 1、有三年以上大型保险公司或国际国内著名保险经纪公司业务实践经验，具备较高的保险理论水平；从事过大型的财产保险项目的承保或理赔服务工作或参与过大型工程保险项目的相关工作。2、性格平稳，思维敏捷，理性分析和判断能力较强，善于表达个人观点和人际交流沟通；具有良好的沟通及协调能力；具有独立进行业务谈判、起草协议及相关文件的能力。3、熟悉财产保险的保险条款，能根据客户需求独立制定保险方案； 4、熟悉保险产品，熟悉保险公司核保、核赔工作流程及实务操作；熟悉理赔定损工作，具备较高的理赔谈判水平。5、计算机操作熟练，英语表达能力良好。6、能够接受本公司的经营理念和管理哲学；工作积极主动，富有团队精神；有强烈的责任心，能时刻将公司利益放在首位。7、具有大学本科或以上学历，特别优秀者可适当放宽。Job responsibilities and qualifications:1.Three years working experiences in big insurance company or famous international insurance brokers company. 2.Good command of insurance knowledge, familiar with all kinds of insurance programs and details.3.Bachelor degree or above, can be negotiable4.Calm, quick-minded, rational, and good at expressing personal ideas and interpersonal skills.
