职位描述(Job Descriptions) 3e9 Job Descriptions：1. Responsible for HSE management.2. Set up HSE management system and procedures under guidance from Kemira Corporate for the plant which is currently under optimizing.3. Responsible for daily HSE work and supervision of safety operation.4. Responsible for HSE training and coach of staffs.5. Responsible for HSE management of contractors.6. Update HSE procedure according to the changing role of national requirement.Requirements:1. Minimum 4years HSE management experience in Chemical JV or WOFE.2. Good knowledge and well trained in HSE function in multinational chemical JV, knowledge of Hazop review, is a plus.3. Familiar with HSE records and annual reporting system to EPA.4. Good knowledge of Chinese relevant rules and effluent control regulations for chemicals. 5. Responsible, Dynamic, self-motivated.6. Communication skills (in both oral and written English).7. Bachelor degree of above.8. Age 30-40 around. fdc .
