职位描述(Job Descriptions) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops business plan and strategies for the organization. Controls the development and manufacturing of products to achieve volume quotas, growth and profitability target. Establishes short and long term business objectives. Analyzes and appraise the effectiveness of all the operations to ensure that established objectives are met. Establishes budget and controls expenses of the entire organization. Manages and maintains a balanced organization possessing the necessary, flexibility, skills and structure to support short and long term requirements. Acts as a spokesman of the company and develops relationships with government’s bodies, local authorities and the general community to promote the company image. Overall responsibilities for operation, maintenance, engineering, technical improvement, sales and marketing, human resources, logistic, finance, accounting and partners relationship. Report to the shareholders of the plant: Internally To the upper level GM, COO. To the employees. Externally To the client for the contractual requirements. To the environmental, legal, governmental authorities… Set up/updates: the reporting, the policies, the procedures and rules to manage the plant /company. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSREQUIREMENT: · Experienced inoperational&maintenance management. · Strong leadership, management profile. · Good technical background for power plant/waste incineration plant or any other related industry. · Good English is a plus. · Able to take accurate and quick technicaldecisions. · Good computer skills in using MS word,excel, PowerPoint, email etc. · At least 10-year experience inelectric power engineering, firepower plant or incineration power plant related. · Gets the required certificate in order to bethe manager of this type of process. .
