POSITION: QA Analyst - business domain knowledge Recruiting Number: CN-048/049/050 Location: Shanghai , China Travel: N/A SUMMARY: Accountable for building quality into the product; monitoring the quality of the product through its lifecycle; assuring the timely provision to our customers of products that are of the highest quality and that meet customer expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES: In addition to the duties and responsibilities outlined below, the person filling the role will be required to perform other duties assigned by the Manager/Team Leader from time to time. To be responsible for the functional, system and regression testing of software products according to requirement documents and test plans, and automating those tests where appropriate. To participate in the design, development and maintenance of tests, automated and manual, to ensure extensive test coverage of all products. To ensure faults found are documented and have an owner and are tracked through to completion. Understand and utilize internal systems and company development processes. In carrying out all of the above, the person filling the role shall at all times act in accordance with the company"s business strategy and Quality Policy, and in compliance with all corporate and departmental policies, procedures, and other requirements as defined in the company"s Business Objectives, Policies and Procedures documents (BOPPs). Required Skills: Educated to Degree level or equivalent. Formal training in testing methodologies and tools. Finance/accountancy/Order fulfillments experience and/or qualifications. At least 3-year business software QA/testing experience . Good understanding of business software testing and development lifecycle. Experience in test analysis, test case design, functional, system and regression testing. Experience of using Financial or ERP software. Commercial experience of software implementations in accountancy and related areas. Experience of MS-SQL server or Oracle advantageous. Experience of automated testing tools advantageous. Good time management&ability to work/complete to schedule. Organized, thorough and meticulous. Able to work effectively in a team environment. Good communication skills verbal and written. Self-motivated to achieve set targets. Demonstrate a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving and development work. Good product knowledge of specific functions. Good multi-tasking skills. Adaptable to changing technologies and development environments.
